Teri Hertz is a licensed real estate agent with nearly 10 years of experience in investment properties and property management. A native of Los Angeles and a member of the Beth Styne Group, she offers her clients a deep understanding of all areas of the city. One of Teri’s foundational beliefs is that home occupies a special place in our hearts. She enjoys guiding people on their own journey to find and create home wherever they live— whether it’s assisting first-time buyers or her contemporaries who are looking to downsize, upsize or build wealth through real estate. Over the last 30 years, Teri has purchased fixers, converting them into residences for her family and valuable real estate assets. Teri knows how to intuitively add value to a property, and has an extensive personal network of trusted subcontractors and professionals that she has been working with for many years. Her experience has given her a keen understanding of the unique challenges of the local Los Angeles housing market. Family plays an important role in Teri’s personal life; she cherishes weekly dinners with Ken, adult daughters Danielle and Cori, and their partners Jesse and Robert. The Hertz family believes in supporting community and global causes, including charity: water, SPY (Safe Place for Youth), Venice Community Housing, Camp Hess Kramer and African Leadership Academy.
